Sealed bids are invited for Ductile Iron Cement Lined Pipe. Bidders must use the prepared proposal and related forms contained in the Project Manual. Each bid must be separately enclosed in a sealed envelope marked with 'Executive Director, The Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority' and the name of the item or project being bid. Bids may be submitted personally or by delivery services. No bids will be accepted after the opening time, unless the authority grants a minor extension due to uncontrollable delays, with notice provided prior to the deadline. No bids will be accepted after any sealed bid is unsealed and opened. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities or irregularities, and award the contract to the lowest qualified bidder. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
