Design and construction of a 25,300 square foot Aircraft Heavy Maintenance hangar and a 43,340 square foot Logistics Supply Warehouse, including all associated infrastructure to support Disaster Resiliency Program mission requirements. The Logistics Warehouse will be a high-bay facility featuring shipping and receiving docks, exterior roll-up metal coil doors, reinforced concrete foundation and floor slab, structural steel framing, metal panel exterior with brick veneer, and a standing seam metal roof. The maintenance hangar will include two bays with horizontal sliding pocket doors, a 15-ton bridge crane in Bay 1, anti-skid flooring, aircraft grounding points, fire suppression systems, and exhaust and ventilation systems, constructed with reinforced concrete, structural steel, metal panels, and brick veneer. Work also includes installation of security systems such as fencing, gates, intrusion detection, access control, CCTV, and cybersecurity measures. Supporting facilities encompass site preparation, stormwater management, utilities, airfield lighting, water storage, fire detection and suppression, and communications systems. All facilities will comply with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria, airfield and base design standards, and incorporate sustainable construction practices where applicable.
