Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Indian Springs, Nevada. Completed plans call for the demolition of a transportation facility; for the construction of a transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The Experimental Operations Unit at Creech AFB requires the purchase and installation of four shade structures for the CCA aircraft based on site. The project also includes the relocation of four existing structures and demolition of a fifth sunshade. Four current sunshades will be turned perpendicular and aligned with the new sunshades. The contractor shall design, provide, and construct four CCA shade structures, each including four aircraft parking bays, to be located on the south ramp west of the current shade structures. The scope includes column concrete footings as needed. The new shade structures must include LED lights and their conduit, CU wiring, service power outlets, a service panel with its Una-strut support assembly, and a solar battery powered obstruction light. Additionally, photovoltaic array or solar paneling with a 12 hour battery pack is required for LED lighting and the shade structure.
