Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Moline, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Project was awarded to Walter D. Laud, Inc in the amount of $492,963.50. The City is seeking bids for Job Number 1515 - 2026 Intersection Reconstructions Project. The project includes the removal and replacement of PCC pavement at the intersections of 10th Street & 11th Avenue, and 12th Street & 12th Avenue. Work also includes sidewalk replacement, driveway replacement, storm sewer installation, replacement of one water service line, painting pavement markings, sodding, and other related work. The Contractor will be given 25 working days for reconstruction of 10th Street & 11th Avenue, and 35 working days for reconstruction of 12th Street & 12th Avenue. Construction of the first intersection must be complete before beginning work on the second location. Prevailing wages are required for this project. Bidding will take place solely through IONWAVE's website. Vendors must log in to the e-bidding system to submit a bid. All documents must be submitted electronically by the bid opening date.
