Jefferson County Commission is accepting bids for electrical equipment testing and inspection services for the General Services Department. All recipients of this solicitation are required to complete and return the enclosed Notification of Intent. Only those vendors submitting the Notification of Intent will be advised of any clarifications, addendum, and answers to inquiries pertaining to this ITB. Notification of Intent should be emailed to the designated contacts by the given deadline. Telephone inquiries regarding clarification on any and all specifications of the ITB will not be accepted. All questions must be typewritten and emailed to the designated contacts. The County is not responsible for delays occasioned by the delivery service employed by the bidder, and will not open or accept any bid responses received later than the specified date and time.
