Theater Space - Lighting Grid Installation The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the following: a. Demolition o Remove and dispose of the existing drop ceiling system, including grid, tiles, and associated components o Properly cap, protect, or relocate any existing systems encountered during demolition b. Structural / Lighting Grid InstallationFurnish and install a lighting grid system supported by steel round posts o Ensure structural stability and compliance with applicable building and safety codes o Coordinate layout and elevations with Owner prior to installation c. Ceiling Treatment o Prepare all exposed ceiling surfaces o Apply dry-fall paint to all exposed structural and ceiling components for a uniform finish d. Electrical and Lighting Adjustments o Disconnect, relocate, and reinstall existing lighting fixtures as required to integrate with the new grid system o Ensure all lighting systems are fully operational upon completion e.
