The Sanford Airport Authority owns and operates Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), located in Sanford, Florida. The scope of work is for a Stormwater Pond Upgrade at the airport. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit is required for all interested firms. Individuals must be physically present and sign the official sign-in sheet to be eligible to submit a bid. The conference and site visit will take place at the Authority's headquarters. Only those who have attended the mandatory pre-bid conference may participate in the subsequent site visit. Bids must be submitted by the specified deadline to be considered. Question Deadline 05/11/2026 at 5:00 PM ET A bidder requiring a clarification or interpretation of the project documents shall make a written request to the Owner. The project can be generally described as: _ Pond expansion to the south of existing stormwater pond. _ Relocate existing perimeter road to be outside the pond expansion limits. _ Fill in north portion of pond that is north of existing taxilane hold bar to the east _ Clear and grub the area between existing overflow ditch and existing pond and grade the area to be mowable. _ Regrade existing pond to remove all 6:1 slopes and replace with 4:1 slopes. _ Remove and replace the existing pipe under the fence southeast of the existing pond.
