Site work for a water / sewer project in Collinsville, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Requests for proposals are being received for advanced metering infrastructure and water meters. All proposals must be submitted on the forms provided by the City, with the entire set of documents submitted intact. Proposals should be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed as "RFP ADVANCED METERING INFRASTRUCTURE AND WATER METERS" and addressed to the attention of the Utility Superintendent. The City reserves the right to not open a sole bid, to waive or not waive any irregularities, and to determine the lowest and best bid for the project.
