Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Conway, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Conway Corporation is seeking assistance from qualified licensed professionals certified by the Arkansas Contractor Licensing Board for Construction Management/General Contractor (CM/GC) services related to primary clarifier improvements at the Tupelo Bayou Wastewater Treatment Plant. Construction phase services are contingent upon owner approval to proceed with the proposal and negotiation and execution of a mutually acceptable agreement between the owner and the construction manager/general contractor. Construction phase services include the complete improvements for the project under the proposal. The CM/GC shall hold all trade contracts and purchase orders and shall bond and guarantee the project. The selected construction manager/general contractor may be awarded additional services associated with the project. Interested CM/GC firms are invited to secure RFQ (Request for Qualifications) packages by contacting Conway Corporation.
