Sealed bids are to be received, opened, and publicly read aloud by the Buffalo Sewer Authority at its offices for the Hennepin Park GI Infrastructure Improvement Project. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, as specified, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish Payment and Performance Bonds in the full amount of the contract. All bidders must comply with the provisions of the New York State Labor Law, including the prevailing wage requirements. Bids may be held for up to 60 days from the opening. Bidders are instructed to direct all pre-bid questions in writing to the named Engineer by the stated deadline, and to review or obtain documents through Avalon Document Services for a nonrefundable fee.
