Separate sealed bids are requested for the construction of Wastewater Collection System Improvements, Contract 4 - Collection System Rehabilitation. Bidding documents can be examined at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC or obtained for a fee. Bidders are required to download project bid documents from QuestCDN, which will add them to the Planholders List and enable access to online bidding. Online submittal of bids requires an additional fee. All contracts awarded will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund Programs, the American Iron and Steel requirement, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions. Bidders must comply with DBE/MBE/WBE requirements and all applicable federal and state conditions as explained in the contract documents. By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees to the participation and compliance requirements set forth in the bid conditions.
