Sealed proposals are requested for the supply and delivery of various aggregates to Hebron Township. The requested quantities are: 4000 tons of 2A, 1000 tons of 2RC, 500 tons of #2, 500 tons of #3, 100 tons of IB Limestone, 2300 tons of Limestone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA), 1000 tons of Sandstone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA), 200 tons of AS2, 300 tons of 4, 300 tons of Shale #4 Minus, 300 tons of Aashto #1, 300 tons of Aashto #3, 300 tons of Aashto #8, 300 tons of Aashto #57, and 300 tons of Aashto #67. Proposals must be submitted on forms provided by the Municipality. A certified check or bid bond of 10% of the bid amount, payable to the municipality, must accompany each bid. Liquidated damages and a 10% penalty may be applied for deliveries not made within 72 hours of a phoned order. Bids will be awarded on a line item basis. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and may increase or decrease quantities.
