As of July 18, 2025, there were no bids received. No definite date for rebid. All bids will be on forms provided by CASD. All envelope bids shall be clearly marked Baseball/Soft-ball Field. Bidders must review and comply with the bid documents and specifications that are available at the District Office. The district has the right to accept and/or reject all bids submitted in accordance here with within sixty (60) days of the bid opening for any purpose. Contact for bid requirements or questions is Steve Gemer, Maintenance Supervisor, Coudersport Area School District at 814-274-9015. Upon receipt of a bid by the district, the approved bidder work Bids submitted after bid opening will not be accepted. - All interested bidders must schedule a pre-bid meeting with the business manager and maintenance supervisor. The office hours for scheduling a meeting are Monday Thursday 8.00am 4:00pm. Each bid must be accompanied by a payment bond and a performance bond as required by PA law. Sealed bids can be mailed or de-livered to Drew Kyle, Superintendent, CASD, 698 Dwight Street, Couders. port PA 16915.
