The City of Newport News is seeking Statements of Qualifications from Construction Manager firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) services. The scope of work involves the renovation of a six-story building, located at 1817 Canon Blvd, Newport News, VA, which measures approximately 111,224 square feet of office space. The work will include the reconditioning and modernization of interior spaces, replacement or upgrade of all major building systems, and preparation of the facility for office occupancy.
