Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Coatesville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project will involve electrical equipment upgrades for an existing wastewater pump station as well as offsite rebuild of the two existing pumps and grinder, and site restoration. Pump information: KSB Model KRT F100-401, 50HP, 3/60/460 VAC, 1800RPM, explosion proof rated. Grinder information: Muffin Monster, Model 30005-0012-DI, hydraulically driven. All bid documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid(TM). Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified check in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount and a Maintenance Bond in the amount equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount, on the specified bond forms included in the contract documents and Waiver of Lien. The right is reserved to waive any informality in the bid, to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Owner. The work in this contract shall be paid for in accordance with the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act (Act No. 442). Sealed bids for the King's Grant Pump Station Upgrades (Contract CAL-01-26) will be received electronically via PennBid(TM) until 10:00 A.M. local time, Thursday, April 24, 2026, at which time all bids will be opened online. The contract type is a fixed fee contract. Cost range : $130-170k . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
