Renovation of an office development in San Jose, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a seven-story above grade office development.

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority seeks proposals from responsive and responsible qualified firms to provide engineering design services for the New Operations Control Center at the Almaden Headquarters. The new OCC will be located on the 11th floor of the Almaden HQ building and will support both light rail and bus operations. Portions of the 11th floor will also be used by the Express Lanes Traffic Operations Center (TOC design and construction by others).
