Question Deadline 04/23/2026 at 11:00 AM PT Bidders must submit questions or requests for information concerning any part of this bid in writing to the City via Biddingo. The City will not respond to any communication or question submitted directly to City staff or City consultants. The project involves a pavement preventative maintenance sealing treatment to approximately 40 miles of local and residential streets. The scope includes the application of micro-surfacing and slurry seal treatment, removal and replacement of existing thermoplastic pavement markings and striping. Bidders must deliver proposals via Biddingo before the specified deadline. Bidders must periodically check Biddingo for updates, submit questions through Biddingo by the specified question deadline, and comply with all license, registration, and prevailing wage requirements. The project is subject to the City's Project Labor Agreement. Each bid must include a bid bond of at least 10% of the total bid amount. Contractors must provide payment and performance bonds for 100% of the contract amount. All requirements regarding off-road diesel-fueled vehicle compliance, conflict of interest, and security deposit in lieu of retention must be met. Nondiscrimination and wage theft prevention policies apply.
