This project consists of constructing the Page Ditch concrete spillway in accordance with the plans, drawings, and concrete specifications in Section 6 of the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, reinforcement, and related services necessary to construct one cast in place concrete spillway and two concrete headwalls, including mobilization, placement, quality control, dust suppression, disposal of construction debris, and project documentation. Valley Water will perform grading and excavation, water control, and installation of the HDPE piping and slide gate. Work shall be coordinated with the Valley Water Project Manager, performed on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., and completed in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. The contractor shall also provide regular progress updates and submit final as-built documentation, material records, and relevant certifications upon completion. Bidders must submit a verified electronic Bidders Bond (e-Bond) through Surety2000 or Tinubu in PlanetBids before the bid submission deadline, and are responsible for completing the necessary registration and payment of associated fees for these services.
