Charlestown Township is requesting proposals for tree removal services on the Township owned property known as the Volpe Tract. The tree removal is for the development area for the Volpe Tract Infiltration Basin, which is part of the Township MS4 program. The property is located at 3017 Phoenixville Pike, Malvern, PA 19355. The work will consist of clearing, grubbing, and the removal of all trees, stumps, brush, and logs from the property. All disturbed areas shall be seeded and mulched. All bids shall provide all required machinery, labor, and expertise to perform the required work. The limits of the tree removal and the required erosion and sedimentation control facilities are shown on the Tree Removal Erosion Control Plan, Figure 1, dated 12/16/2026.
