Asphalt Paving Project On Prokosch Road for 2026 Arthur Township, is requesting proposals for asphalt paving project on Prokosch Road for 2026. Proposals must be submitted on Arthur Township's form. Project Description: Prokosch Road Asphalt Paving Arthur Township is seeking a contractor for purposes of asphalt paving to begin as soon as road restrictions are lifted and by no later than July 2026, or another pre-approved date. The location for services on Prokosch Road are located in the NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section 1 in Arthur township. Estimated job specifications: Approximately 1100 ft in length, 22ft in width with addition of driveway and mailbox bump outs. Requirement will be class C oil, a minimum of 250g of tac oil and requires a 2" base course and 2" wear course. Contractor will be responsible for all safety signage (Trucks Hauling, Road Work Ahead, etc.). Bidder is required for roadbed preparation including milling joints. Contractor will be required to attend a pre-paving meeting with the Road Supervisor/Manager and a representative of Arthur Township's road maintenance contractor. Arthur Township will be entitled to liquidated damages totaling the cost difference between the winning bid and the 2nd bid for any delay not pre-approved appropriately. The deadline to submit your RFP is April 8, 2026. RFPs will be opened at the Arthur Town Board Meeting on April 13, 2026, which begins at 5:00 pm, and is held at the Arthur Town Hall, 1899 Frontage Road, Mora, MN 55051.
