Renovation of an educational facility in West Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Fargo Public Schools is seeking general construction bids to complete finishes in various district buildings. Bids must comply fully with North Dakota Century Code 48-01.2-05. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the bidder's contractor’s license and bid security, which must equal 5% of the full bid amount and be in the form of a bidder’s bond. The bond must be executed by the bidder and by a surety, ensuring that if the bid is accepted and the contract awarded, the bidder will execute a contract within ten days according to the terms. If the successful bidder does not execute a contract within ten days, the bond will be forfeited and the project awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder. Bidders must be licensed for the full bid amount as required by NDCC 43-07-12. The school district reserves the right to reject any or all bids and rebid if desired.
