A service agreement for equipment in support of the USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), PWA, as described in the attached statement of work. The requirement is for vendors with demonstrated experience and expertise to provide the services outlined in the SOW, including the capability to meet all technical, performance, and service requirements associated with the covered equipment. The Government is conducting market research to identify potentially qualified small business concerns, including SBA-certified HUBZone, Women-Owned Small Businesses, and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, capable of performing the required services. Vendors are requested to submit capability statements describing their experience, qualifications, ability to perform all requirements in the SOW, and interest in any forthcoming acquisition. Responses will be used solely to support acquisition planning and determination of the appropriate procurement strategy. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
