Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Southbank, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 60-bed multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

The purpose of this NRFP is to select a Construction Management (CM) company with experience in the Construction Management at risk (CCDC5B) Contract to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Management Services for a new permanent shelter in Interior, BC, to advance the Project from Design Phase to Construction Completion and Warranty Phase. The project envisions a 2-storey wood frame building and would comprise of shelter accommodation configured for 60 congregate beds. The project aims to provide social and cultural supports to individuals at risk of or experiencing homelessness and help individuals move beyond temporary shelters or street homelessness to more secure housing, gain greater self-reliance and achieve personal and housing goals. The work will encompass all aspects of construction, including but not limited to: Site Preparation and Civil Works: Site grading, utility connections, and landscaping. Building Construction: Wood-frame superstructure, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems installation, Interior fit-out, including common spaces and tenant units. Building Features: Sustainable design elements, including energy-efficient systems aligned with BC Housing's Design & Construction Standards, Accessibility features to accommodate diverse needs, including individuals with disabilities. Proponents must submit a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from Proponents who did not submit the signed NDA.
