The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for collecting data, completion of construction management, and related services for the successful delivery of the Sweetwater Ranch Stormwater Main Replacement Project. The selected firm will provide construction management, inspection, and materials testing for the replacement of a failed stormwater main between 144th Street SE and Holly Pond in Mill Creek, WA. Work includes, but is not limited to: demolition and removal of the existing failing stormwater main, installation of a new stormwater main, and property and wetland restoration near 144th Street SE in Mill Creek, WA. SOQ documents should include: - A description of the proposed project team members, including subconsultants, identification of the proposed project manager, the roles of other team members, and summary resumes for key team members. - An overview of the team’s recent experiences in similar municipal projects. - Identification and description, with client contact information, of a minimum of three successfully completed similar projects. For each, provide agency/owner, title, phone and email, and a brief description including design and construction costs. - A sequential description of the proposed work plan, including sequence of tasks and methodologies, key deliverables, and a project timeline demonstrating project design and construction. SOQ document submittal is the sole responsibility of the candidate firm. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, and to waive irregularities and informalities in the submittal and evaluation process. The response must include all requested information; indicating that information will be provided only if selected is not acceptable and may disqualify the proposal. The Service Provider awarded a contract shall comply with all relevant federal, state, and local laws, including those related to safety, environmental protection, waste reduction and recycling, and required permits and fees.
