Pavement (0.20' - 0.35' Deep) , Install City Furnished Hilfiker Concrete Bench, Salvage and Reinstall Decorative Bench, Relocate Water Appurtenances (Backflow and Meter) Location and Description. The Project is located near Halvorsen Park, 1011 Waterfront Drive in Eureka, CA and is described as follows: removal of existing trail and construction of approximately one-half mile of Class I multi-use trail. The estimated construction cost is $350,000.
