Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Jefferson City, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed work for the project entitled "Westview Pump Station Upgrade Project No. 31214" will include the furnishing of all material, labor, and equipment for construction of a new wastewater pump station and underground concrete equalization basin (storage) including sitework, yard piping, storm sewer, structural, architectural, process piping and equipment, heating / air conditioning, electrical and instrumentation and control. The contract will require compliance with the wage and labor requirements and the payment of minimum wages in accordance with the Schedule of Wage Rates established by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. In addition, the contract will require compliance with the wage and labor requirements in accordance with the federal Davis-Bacon Act wage rates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine which is the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.
