The project includes of renovations at the Missouri State Highway Patrol, General Headquarters, Dormitory, Physical Training, and Academy buildings. The renovations in the Dormitory building include interior room renovations and remodeling, mechanical and plumbing systems replacement, and electrical upgrades which includes a new emergency power generator at the Dormitory building. The firing range at the Physical Training building will get a new make-up air unit, along with a new filtration system and exhaust fan. Underground mechanical piping (2-pipe system and cooling tower piping) will be replaced. The hydraulic lift at the dorm building will also be replaced. Bid alternates include restroom renovations in the Academy, new gym flooring and painting, and the replacement of the coiling door for a pair of man doors in the PT building, new make-up air, exhaust, and hood system for the kitchen in the Academy Building and reroofing the existing EPDM roofs at both the PT and Academy buildings Refunds:Return plans and specifications in unmarked condition within 15 working days of bid opening to American Document Solutions, 1400 Forum Blvd., Suite 7A, Columbia, Missouri 65203.
