Question Deadline: April 9, 2026 at 10:00 AM The project involves the purchase and installation of an 80 Niche Columbarium at Mountain View Cemetery. The columbarium must be installed on an existing concrete base measuring approximately 110 inches by 40 inches. The unit required is a rectangular columbarium with 80 niches (40 front, 40 back), arranged 8 niches wide by 5 niches high, and approximately measuring 6 feet high by 9 feet long by 38 inches wide. Contractors must submit written quotes in accordance with the solicitation and the Scope of Work Statement. The Town reserves the right to waive minor informalities in the quotes and to reject any and all quotes deemed not in its best interests.
