Demolition for a road / highway in Morehead, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a road / highway.
All phases of work required to complete the demolition project in Rowan County (Parcels 5, 6, 9, 51, and 4T) shall be included in the cost. Bidders are responsible for inspecting and investigating site conditions such as access, zoning, easements, and the condition of improvements prior to submission, as no later claims for such items will be recognized. ONLY online bids will be accepted. Bidders must enter $0.01 for price and zero for delivery in the e-procurement system, with all actual bid prices to be entered on the attached Bid Sheet and submitted as an attachment. Contact person, phone number, and email address must be included on the bid sheet. Emailed or hard copies will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure all company information is current, as it will transfer to any awarded contract. A mandatory prebid onsite meeting will NOT be held; bidders are solely responsible for making their own site determinations. Work shall consist of the removal and the proper disposal of buildings, fences, septic tanks, driveways, paved areas, conduits, and other miscellaneous structures and encumbrances, which exist upon or within the right of way and/or easements areas on the designated parcels. All work shall be in accordance with these specifications and any special provisions that may be included as a part of the contract.
