ITEM NO. 9-8406.00, JL03 103 0377 000-008 Question Deadline 04/15/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email to mcurtis@bluegrassengineering.net and must be submitted to receive consideration seven days prior to the opening of bids. The project consists of constructing approximately 28,000 linear feet of 6-inch MDPE gas main, 5,160 linear feet of 2-inch gas main, 320 linear feet of 1-inch gas main, and other appurtenances. All bidders must purchase a set of bidding documents and be listed as a plan holder by the issuing office. Bids must include all forms contained in section 004XXX, and bid security must be furnished according to the instructions. No bids may be withdrawn within 90 days after the date of the bid opening. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or reject any and all bids, with the project awarded to the lowest, best, responsive, responsible bidder. Small and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids. All BABA requirements and provisions must be met by the bidder and all subcontractors.
