A construction timeline has not been established. *The previous solicitation has been included below for reference.* The Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified and licensed architectural/engineering firms to provide phased design services for the Trades District Phase 2 project. This project involves the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of the eastern portion of the former Giga Watt site located within the Pangborn Airport Business Park in East Wenatchee, Washington.
