Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in East Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.
The project consists of the installation of a 4,000-gallon double walled above-ground fuel storage system containing 3,000 gallons of diesel fuel and 1,000 gallons of unleaded gasoline. Concrete tank footings, tank pad, fueling pad will be installed. Work includes design of fuel tank footing, excavation, pavement demolition, asphalt paving, lighting, and drainage improvements. Bonds: 5% Bid Bond, 100% Performance Bond, 100% Payment Bond.
