Sealed bids are invited for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work associated with the Terminal Apron Expansion. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, a deposit of cash, or a certified check for 5% of the total base bid, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the required Contract will be executed and the required Performance Bond and Payment Bond furnished within ten days after receipt of written notice of formal award. Envelopes containing proposals must be sealed and marked as specified. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, and the award is contingent upon the availability of funds.
