SUNY Fredonia is seeking qualifications from engineering firms for Backdrop Term Agreements for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Design Services for a period of three years, non-renewable. The intent is to hire three MEP engineering firms to perform design services for multiple MEP projects. The selected firms will perform study, design, and construction phase administration for repair, renovations, modifications, and reconfigurations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection, and data/communications systems across campus buildings and grounds. Projects will be identified during the agreement term and are anticipated to range from $20,000 to $150,000 in construction value, focusing mainly on minor critical maintenance and system repairs or replacements, with some upgrades for operational and programmatic needs. Interested consultants should submit a written request for the RFQ document electronically to the Facilities Planning Office. No pre-submission meeting will be held. The goals for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business, Minority Business Enterprise, and Women Business Enterprise are 6.00%, 16.20%, and 13.80%, respectively.
