The Scope of Work includes the construction of approximately 1,665 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter PVC water main, including approximately 280 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter restrained joint PVC carrier pipe and 270 lineal feet of steel encasement bored under Highway 100, associated fire hydrants, valves, fittings, hardware, gate valves and other incidental items and work described in the Project Manual, or reasonably inferable therefrom. The PWSD No. 3 of Franklin County anticipates issuing a notice to proceed in May 2026. Completion- 60 consecutive calendar days Question Deadline 04/09/2026 Bidders may request clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents by making a written request which shall reach the Owner at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids. A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each bid, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
