Replace existing toilet facilities within Lassen National Forest in accordance with the requirements, specifications, and drawings included in the solicitation. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the toilet replacement project as defined in the contract documents. The project magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and will be performed under a total small business set-aside. - Requests For Information (RFI's) are required to be submitted on attachment "8. RFI Form" and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than April 17th, 2026, 1:00 PM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time. This contract is to remove eight existing vault toilet buildings (seven double vault and one single vault toilet buildings) and replace them with eight new precast, concrete double vault toilet buildings in the Ashpan Snowmobile Park, Battle Creek, Hole In The Ground and Bridge Campgrounds in the Lassen National Forest The work consists of: 1. Removing and disposing of: Six (6) double vault restrooms, one (1) at Bridge Campground, two (2) at Hole in the Ground Campground and three (3) at Battle Creek Campground all approximately 48 square feet in size. All are reported built of wood. One (1) single vault restroom, at Ashpan Snowmobile Park at approximately 38 square feet in size. This is a prefabricated concrete structure. One (1) single vault restroom built of wood, at Bridge Campground, approximately 110 square feet in size *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
