Also, the two brass revolving doors and frames have tarnished and need restoration, as well as interior plaster repairs. A build budget has been established to repair exterior stone, restore windows and doors, repair interior plasterwork, restore computer lab floor and roofing as according to the following Scope of Work (SOW). Written responses are requested from interested respondents ("Respondents") to this request for qualifications and proposals.
