The contractor shall provide original equipment manufacturer maintenance services for the RO system, HeatSan system, and Acid Distribution Loops under a firm-fixed-price contract consisting of a base year with one one-year option renewal. Services shall ensure continued operation and performance of the equipment and shall include a comprehensive wellness check of all covered systems prior to the start of the service plan. The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and materials required as a result of this wellness check. Maintenance services shall include preventive maintenance and emergency repair support for the covered equipment throughout the contract period. The contractor shall assign a fully qualified Field Service Representative to support this area, along with a fully qualified backup Field Service Representative. Fully qualified personnel must have successfully completed formalized training programs specific to the equipment covered and must possess a minimum of one year of experience providing preventive maintenance and emergency repair services on the same make and model of equipment. The contractor shall provide written assurance of personnel competency, including a list of Field Service Representatives and documentation of applicable training and years of service experience on the specific devices covered under the agreement.
