Response to such inquiries will be in writing. No inquiries will be accepted after 4:00 pm Wednesday, April 29, 2026. If pertinent to all bidders, addenda will be distributed to all bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, with or without cause, even if all stated requirements are met. Bidders agree that the proposals will remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following the closing date. Owner reserves the right to request additional information from any bidder and to negotiate with any bidder regarding its proposal. In the event a bidder asserts exceptions or special considerations outside of its proposal or after award of the contract, the Owner reserves the right to not consider those exceptions or revoke any acceptance of the bidder.
