Northampton County is soliciting electronic bids for the Government Parking Garage Replacement Project located in the City of Easton, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Bids must be submitted in PDF format through the Bid/Proposal Submission Portal. Submissions must reference Bid ID: ITB# 405-2614 and be addressed to the Northampton County Procurement Office. This project is subject to the Northampton County Responsible Contractor Ordinance. Information and specifications can be downloaded at www.publicpurchase.com/northampton. Registration with the website and Northampton County as the "Agency" is required to access the documents. The County will not accept mailed or hand delivered submissions. A mandatory in-person pre-bid conference will be held at the County of Northampton Government Center, 669 Washington Street, 3rd Floor, Easton, PA 18042, at 10:00 AM prevailing time. Attendance by bidders is required. All questions must be submitted in writing via Public Purchase . Phone calls are not permitted.
