The intent is to purchase a new mobile trailer mount pressure washer for the Municipal Court Community Services Division for graffiti clean-up. The successful bidder will provide a trailer mount pressure washer that meets the following minimum requirements: gasoline powered, diesel heated, 5 GPM, 3,500 psi minimum, deep cell battery, single axle trailer, 210-gallon water tank, two (2) 100' x 3/8 hoses with reels mounted on back of trailer, spare tire mounted on the tongue, small storage/toolbox mounted on the trailer, and two (2) sprayer wands with nozzles. All standard factory equipment and any accessories necessary to furnish complete units ready for use must be included. Manuals must be provided in print or CD/USB format at no additional cost. Delivery is to be made FOB to the specified City of Pueblo Fleet Maintenance location, with prior notification required. Equipment must be titled to the City of Pueblo at the specified address. All bids must be submitted electronically via the City's e-procurement portal. Prices must include all charges for manufacture, materials, supplies, shipping/handling, unloading, insurance, and equipment necessary to supply the commodity. Bidders must state any exceptions to specifications in the Vendor Questionnaire. Failure to state exceptions obligates the bidder to furnish the items as specified. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or defects, or accept any bid considered in the City's best interest. Bids must be independently developed and submitted in good faith. Additional requirements include providing references, descriptive literature, warranty information, and certification statements as specified in the Vendor Questionnaire. All materials must be new, latest in production, and include the manufacturer's written warranty. Equal opportunity and non-discrimination requirements apply.
