Renovation of a fire / police facility in Malvern, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The project involves the replacement and upgrade of the existing HVAC system at the Willistown Township Police Building. Bids must be submitted online via PennBID. Hand delivered, mailed, or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids should be submitted on the forms provided in the bid documents and unit prices must be entered directly into PennBID. Each bid must include a bid bond amounting to at least ten percent of the total bid. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond each for one hundred percent of the contract price using the forms provided. Submission of required insurance documentation is a condition for contract acceptance. Bidders are also required to complete an anti-collusion affidavit included in the bid documents. This contract is governed by the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. Proper clearances and credentials must be obtained to work in the police building. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the police station is required.
