The project includes repairs to Bridge #514057 located over Two Pen Ridge on C.R. 12 in Gulf County, FL. Repairs include joint repairs, guardrail replacement, and other miscellaneous repairs. Completion date for this project will be 60 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $904.00 per day. Bids must be submitted with the company name, sealed bid, and the bid number on the outside of the envelope, and must include the original bid plus 2 copies. Bids may also be submitted electronically through the County's online bidding platform and must be received by the system prior to the bid deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted. All bids shall remain firm for a period of sixty days after the opening. All bidders must comply with all applicable State and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulation of contractors doing business in the State of Florida. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes.
