Project No. 0083-0273- This project proposes to mill and pave the Milford Parkway, as well as lengthen acceleration and deceleration lanes by revising the lane arrangements with new pavement markings at the interchange with 1-95 and Route 1. This includes the addition of a dedicated exit lane from Milford Parkway South onto 1-95 North (Exit 2A). Multiple overhead signs will be replaced to accommodate the new lane arrangements. The roadside safety hardware will be replaced and brought up to current standards. Bridge No. 01445 carrying Milford Parkway over East Rutland Road is planned to be rehabilitated to address damage to one of the girders. This contract is scheduled to be advertised on April 15, 2026, with a scope of "K".. - $ 15,000,000 - $ 19,999,999 The CTDOT, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to cancel this solicitation and terminate the process to retain consultant services, and is under no obligation to contract for the services specified herein. The CTDOT reserves the right to add other assignments of a similar nature to this selection process should the need arise prior to the interview phase.
