Sealed proposals are invited for the Concord Road Elementary School Bus Maintenance Building, bus parking, and related sitework adjustments for Contracts #1, #2, #3, and #4. Lump sum bids will be received for four prime contracts: General Construction, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Bidders must submit proposals on the forms provided by the architect, ensuring all blanks are filled in, all bid prices are written in both words and figures, and signatures are in ink and in longhand. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address, project title, and contract number. Incomplete, conditional, or obscure proposals may be rejected.
