Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ardsley, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,431-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and parking garage.

The work includes but is not limited to 1. The demolition of an existing Annex building, with related plumbing and electrical work - Contract #5. 2. New pre-manufactured metal building. The sitework will include retaining walls, pavement, storm drainage systems and other utilities. 3. Building Site and Pre-manufactured building related Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical work as indicated on drawings. 4. New Paving, Walls, Curbs and Walks and other additional site work as indicated on drawings. 5. Alternates as listed in specifications and indicated on drawings. Any questions on the bid documents must be formally submitted to the Architect using the Request for Information form provided in the documents. Question will not be responded to within 8 days of the bid date. All bid prices shall be filled in, both in words and figures. Signatures shall be in ink and in longhand. Proposals which are incomplete, conditional, or obscure may be rejected as informal. No oral or telephonic proposals or modifications of proposals will be considered.
