Sealed bids are being accepted for road work on three projects in the Town of Milford, Jefferson County, Wisconsin. Project #1 is on the west end of Navan Road from River Bend Road east, where sections are marked with paint; green areas require recycled blacktop from Jefferson County Highway Department and pink areas need overlay. Both hot lay and cold lay bids will be accepted. Project #2 is on East Hubbleton Road from River Bend Road to Lang Lane, also marked with green and pink paint for recycled blacktop and overlay work, respectively; both hot lay and cold lay bids are accepted. Project #3 is on Biety Road, requiring the delivery and placement of a minimum of eight and up to twelve loads of gravel, with placement location to be coordinated with a town board member. Bids for Projects #1 and #2 should be submitted individually for each and as a combined bid. Work should be completed by September 15, 2026. Insurance certification must be furnished within 10 days of the awarding of the bid. The scope of the project will be determined by the budget. The Town Board will select projects based on need, cost effectiveness, and benefit to the Town, and reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. Bidders should submit sealed bids by April 17, 2026, following the specified mailing instructions.
