The installed actuators are circa 1962-1993 and of various manufacturers. Replacements shall be electrically operated models manufactured by Auma or equivalent as listed below. The scope includes, but not limited to, the following major elements: Removal and disposal of existing actuators and two waste valves, Supplying the required 14 Auma actuators as listed along with replacing the two 1962 right angle valves with 24" butterfly valves with actuators included below, Installing and wiring said actuators while providing all material required for the mechanical and electrical installation adhering to all codes, painting of the actuators and valves with the color scheme below, and commissioning/startup services. Provide three copies of installation/operation/maintenance manuals for each model installed along with wiring diagrams for each unit installed. Bid will need to include all equipment and material for a complete job including shipping costs. Work can be done on one filter set at a time. Coating of actuators and valves shall be two coats of PPG Amerlock 400 epoxy or approved equivalent over an approved base coat. Color for the actuators and new valves shall be Blue Lagoon. Of course, no product labels or tags shall be painted.
