Services to be performed for the City include mowing and removal of grass, weeds, overgrown vegetation, removal and lawful disposal of trash, debris, and other materials constituting a public health or safety nuisance. Contractor shall also perform such other nuisance abatement services as required by the City (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") Contractor warrants that it shall perform all Services in a good and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the Agreement, all laws and industry standards, and to City's full satisfaction based on commercially reasonable expectations.
