Renovation of a water / sewer project in Camden, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of upgrades to the CCMUA’s Sludge Drying Facility. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and must be on a lump sum as indicated in the Bid Form. Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents from the Camden County website. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq., as well as P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq.), New Jersey State Prevailing Wage Act, where applicable. Prospective bidders are advised that the project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement (PLA), which will be binding upon all contractors and subcontractors performing on-site project work, as defined in Article 3 of the PLA Agreement. Proposals are solicited through a “Fair And Open Process” in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4, et seq. Contractors are exempt from limitations on making political contributions under that law. This contract or subcontract is expected to be funded in part with funds from the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust. This contract or subcontract is subject to the provisions of N.J.A.C. 7:22-3, 4, 5, 9 and 10. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered.
